This unscrambler is our new design for small capacity between 6000-10000bph, It is economic, power is only 1.5KW, and don not need change parts for different bottle. Workers just need to feed bottle into the unscrambler, it will work automatically , And factory can connect this unscrambler to filling machine by air conveyor or by conveyor, both are ok.

Description of this machine:
- The machine is mainly composed of bottle loading machine, turntable, bottle rejection parts and bottle unscramble parts. A large number of disorderly bottles are put into the turntable by the bottle loading machine and transferred to the bottle unscrambler through the conveyor belt, so that the bottles can be conveyed to the user’s conveyor belt upright.
- The machine is applicable to round, oval, and square bottles. No mold is required to change specifications, and adjustment is convenient and quick. It has functions of pausing for full bottles and automatic rejection of inverted bottles to ensure a smooth filling line.
- The machine adopts an open-type plexiglass door and is equipped with photoelectric safety protection—open the glass door to stop, and close the glass door to work.
