The automatic capping machine for ketchup is designed primarily for vacuum capping of glass wide-mouth bottles fitted with three, four, or six iron caps. It utilizes two belts operating at different speeds to press the bottle caps securely. This differential speed creates friction, ensuring a tight seal.
Before the capping process begins, steam is applied to heat the bottle neck, effectively removing any cold air and replacing it with high-temperature steam. The cap is then immediately screwed on. Utilizing the principle of thermal expansion and contraction, the steam cools down, creating a natural vacuum inside the bottle and achieving effective vacuum capping.
The jam filling machine suitable for filling both particles in pastes and liquids, including high-viscosity thick sauces such as jam, peanut butter, ketchup, soy sauce, bean paste, salad dressing, and caviar.
