Description
Bottle Washing Part
Bottle washing clamp rotates with the upper rotary plate, and open the bottle mouth clamp with elastic distortion when contacting the bottle feeding star-wheel, which can clamp the bottle neck, then overturns at 180° along the guide rail, bottle mouth may become downwards for cleaning and drying the bottle with water, then overturn for 180°, bottle mouth becomes upwards and then conveyed with the star-wheel; shield can prevent sprinkling of cleaning water; water distributing plate can deliver the cleaning water from the still parts to the rotary parts.
Pulp&Liquid Filling Part
Filling machine part consist of 18 head plunger filling valves and 18 head carbonated filling valves. Fast, stable, accurate. The beverage feedback system is carefully designed, and the gas can be given separately, not contact with material, reducing the secondary pollution and oxidation of materials.
Filling machine adopt German technology, produce by ourselves obey to pressure filling principle.
Bottle Capping Part:
Capping machine drives revolved plate by gear. Cap goes out of cap storage by centrifugal effect. There is cap divider. Reverse cap drops into pipes then return to cap storage by air conveyor. Right cap goes into conveyor. The quantity inspects by sensor, capping machine control the cap conveyor. The machine will stop when no caps
