The filling machine adopts the structure of feeding glass bottles by feeding screw, automatically flushes the bottles, and adopts the principle of lifting and lowering the filling valve, so that the whole line conveys the bottles smoothly.

Description
Rinsing part
After the glass bottle have been conveyed into the filling machine, rinsing pliers will carry and fix the bottles to the rinsing nozzles. Then after the rinsing of spraying water from the high pressure rinsing nozzles, the bottles are ready to be sent to the filling part.
Filling part
After the glass bottle have been rinsed, the rotary transmission plate between the rinsing and filling parts will transmit the bottles to the filling part. Then the bottle will be fixed and fully filled precisely in equal volume of juice by high pressure spraying filling nozzles. And then the filled bottles will be transmitted to the capping part.
Capping Part
The filled bottles are capped by the rotating capping head (it depends on what type of bottle cap it is, for example: a crown cap will need a different capping device like the following picture). Then the finished products will be conveyed out of the filling machine by the product conveying belt.
