The active piston ensures the filling process during the machine’s operating cycle. The product volume can be adjusted by changing the piston stroke, even while the machine is running.

Description
Working principle
1) Filling: The filling valve is opened to form a passage between the bottle and the liquid cylinder. The material enters the bottle through this passage. At the same time, the air in the bottle flows back to the cylinder through the return air pipe at the same speed. Until the material in the bottle rises and overflows the return air pipe to seal the material and continue to flow out.
2) Valve closing: After the bottle is left to stand for a certain period of time after filling, the liquid valve is closed to cut off the passage between the liquid cylinder and the bottle.
3) Exhaust: The exhaust valve is opened to form a passage between the bottle and the atmosphere. The pressure in the bottle is released through this passage. The post-pressure release process is carried out until the bottle is separated from the filling component.
Performance characteristics
1) Liquid level filling: Negative pressure filling is adopted to effectively avoid the easy foaming of the filling liquid.
2) Long life: The filling valve has a precise structure, few seals, and is reliable and durable.
3) Wall spray filling: During filling, the liquid flows down along the inner wall of the container, which effectively prevents the foaming caused by the liquid impacting the bottom of the bottle.
4) Less bottle damage: The elastic bottle support structure is adopted, and the bottle support is gentle during filling, which effectively reduces bottle damage.
5) No bottle, no filling: No bottle or bottle with defective bottle mouth will not be filled, thereby improving the quality of the product after filling.
6) Maintenance: The filling valve has a simple structure and is easy to disassemble and clean.
