Description
Characteristics of weakly alkaline water
1. Weakly Alkaline
The pH level of human body fluids ranges from 7.35 to 7.45, while alkaline water typically has a pH between 7.0 and 10.0. This range supports the body’s need for a weakly alkaline environment, promoting overall health.
2.Negative Redox Potential
While the potential value of regular tap water and mountain spring water is typically between +200 mV and +500 mV, alkaline reduced water exhibits a redox potential ranging from +500 mV to -150 to -350 mV. This negative potential allows it to effectively neutralize acidic substances in the body, facilitating their excretion.
3.Small Molecular Clusters
Electrolysis transforms tap water’s large molecular clusters into smaller groups of 3-6 molecules. This smaller size closely matches the water molecules found inside human cells, enhancing absorption and promoting efficient metabolism.
4. Active Mineralization
Alkaline water contains essential minerals and trace elements in ionic form, making them easily absorbable by the body. This mineralization contributes positively to overall health and well-being.
5. Oxygen-Rich Composition
Alkaline water is rich in oxygen, which can enhance hydration and support various bodily functions, further contributing to improved health and vitality.
The principle of electrolysis involves the purification of water to generate oxygen (O₂) and hydrogen ions (H⁺) at the anode, while hydrogen gas (H₂) and hydroxide ions (OH⁻) are produced at the cathode. This process allows the equipment to simultaneously create both weakly acidic and weakly alkaline water.Among these, weakly alkaline hydrogen-rich water has a pH range of 7.0 to 10.0, which can be easily adjusted. This type of water is characterized by its high hydrogen content, small molecular clusters, negative potential, and active mineralization. It is often referred to as hydrogen water, ionic water, small molecular water, or active water, highlighting its beneficial properties for health and wellness.
There are two primary methods for producing weakly alkaline water: electrolysis and the use of alkaline additives. Alkaline water generated through electrolysis is internationally recognized as safe, reliable, and effective, including endorsements from health authorities in various countries. The technology for alkaline additives includes two types. The traditional approach involves adding mineral solutions to water via a metering device to achieve alkalinity. Common examples include soda water, mineral water, and saltwater. However, the addition ratio must remain within safety limits established by regulatory bodies.A newer method involves using artificial mineralized balls, such as alkaline balls, tourmaline, and far-infrared balls, as filter materials in a large filter tank. As water flows through this tank, the minerals dissolve, resulting in alkaline water. This method allows for variations such as creating saltwater by adding salt or sweet water by adding sugar. However, it poses safety concerns due to the inability to control the quantitative release of minerals, which prevents approval from national health authorities.Note: Weak alkaline water equipment of various models, specifications, and water output indicators can be customized according to customer needs.
